The NHA helped to reduce inequities in allocative efficiency of health care resources. Complementary studies that used NHA data (e.g., a book by Pedro Franke/ WB), showed that there were inequities in the geographic distribution of health funds. For instance, MOH spends less in Potosi (the poorest state) than in some other areas.
