Health Systems 20/20 Launches National Health Accounts Policy Impact Database

Health Systems 20/20 launches National Health Accounts database, a platform for sharing policy impact stories from around the globe. Add your own policy impact story and win a trip to the 2009 NHA Symposium.
The policy impact database allows users to search for policy impact stories by country, year of NHA estimation, subaccount type, or even by type of policy impact. Stories from many countries are already included in the database, and if NHA has been used in your country to inform policy, you are encouraged to add your own story using the “add your own policy impact” button.
Additionally, if you submit your story and it is accepted for publication on the website, you could win a trip to the 2009 NHA Symposium in Beijing!! Basic rules for participation are listed below:
- Write the story in 300 words or less, in English, clearly explaining how an NHA finding contributed to the policy discussion in your country
- The story must be from a country that has completed an NHA estimation
- Stories must be uploaded by May 25, 2009. Entries received after May 25, 2009 will not be eligible to win
- The winner will be announced on June 1, 2009
