Health Systems 20/20 Associate Awards Instructions
The Health Systems 20/20 (HS 20/20) is a Leader with Associates cooperative agreement. Additional “associate” cooperative agreements can be negotiated and awarded by USAID Missions or Bureaus to support the same objectives as the Leader agreement.
The requesting office or SO Team in the Mission (or Bureau in USAID/W) first consults with the CTO in Global (Bob Emrey and Jodi Charles) to ensure the technical leadership role of Global and the appropriate use of the mechanism. After receiving Global's concurrence, the appropriate Mission personnel shall request the recipient to provide an application to the mission. The Mission has the discretion to decide whether or not to award the Associate grant. Once the Associate Agreement is awarded, the Mission activity manager is the CTO for the Associate Agreement.
