Human Resources for Health Assessment: Data Collection Training - Participant's Manual

In all discussions of health service performance, the impact of the workforce is generally seen to be of paramount importance. Periodic Human Resources for Health (HRH) assessments facilitate workforce strengthening and management—thus allowing health supply to meet ever increasing health demand. The participant’s manual contains technical materials that are presented in the workshop as well as corresponding rationales for every step of the HRH assessment and processes.
