Human Resources for Health Assessment: Data Collection Training - Trainer's Manual

In all discussions of health service performance, the impact of the workforce is generally seen to be of paramount importance. Periodic Human Resources for Health (HRH) assessments facilitate workforce strengthening and management—thus allowing health supply to meet ever increasing health demand. The trainer’s manual contains a suggested workshop design for use by individuals and organizations planning HRH assessments. These materials can be used to train supervisors and data collectors to conduct an HRH assessment.
