Health Systems 20/20’s local office in Cairo manages a two-and-a-half year $10 million project focusing on:

• Workforce Planning: Develop a long-term workforce plan for the Ministry of Health and Population (MOHP) and establish a sustainable workforce planning program
• National Health Accounts: Produce the NHA estimates for 2007 and institutionalize NHA as a routine exercise to monitor health system performance
• Leadership Academy: Build local capacity in leadership and management through the establishment of a sustainable Leadership Academy
• Building the Health Insurance Organization (HIO) Payer Functions Capacity: Build HIO capacity as a payer to expand health insurance coverage
